If you withdraw the property from sale, repayment of the loan is due immediately. If your property has sold, your agency or conveyancer will organise repayment of the loan when settlement occurs*

How do I complete the application?

Firstly, complete the property marketing payment using CampaignAgent’s VPAPay service. Once finalised you’ll receive an email containing your Home Preparation Loan invitation. Follow the steps to complete the application which requests your nominated bank account and signatures from each vendor on title. Once the application is approved the funds will be transferred into the nominated account within 3 business days.

What documentation do I need to apply?

You will need your contract of sale, proof of the size of your mortgage and a copy of your passport or drivers license as proof of your identity.

Do all vendors on title need to complete and sign the loan application?

Yes. The loan application must be completed and signed by all vendors on title.

Where are the funds paid to?

Once your Home Preparation Loan application is assessed and approved, the funds will be transferred to the nominated bank account supplied within the application within three business days.

How is the loan secured?

A Home Preparation loan is secured through a caveatable interest in the property being sold. This results in a notice being lodged on the title of the property confirming CampaignAgent’s interest in the property. This notice is withdrawn when the loan is repaid, typically as part of the property settlement process.

How much can I borrow?

^You can borrow a minimum of $2,000 up to a maximum of 2% of the estimated sale price of the property or $25,000 combined per VPAPay and Home Preparation Loan.

Home Preparation Loans incur a flat 6.9% fee, with no penalty interest and no late payment fees.
